(Karachi) Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the govt will announce a relief package for the development industry on April 3 (Friday) to market business and economic activities within the country.
Speaking at an occasion during a tax-refund cheque distribution ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday, the PM said measures got to be taken for the advantage of the economy and counter the deadly virus.
He added, “The relief package also will be beneficial for the development of other industries related to the development sector."
He maintained, “The construction of road infrastructure doesn't pose a danger of the spread of coronavirus." He stated that necessary SOPs also will be developed to make sure the security of the workers.
On the occasion, Imran Khan appreciated the efforts of commerce ministry, which framed the distribution policy of the multi-billion rupee package and compiled an inventory of industries which may be operated during the present situation.
“We have promoted the industries and incentivized the companies. we've to make an environment that was present within the 1960s," he said. “And this tax-refund is a component of that incentive in order that businesses have liquidity."
The prime minister said it's nature's blessing the deadly virus has not affected Pakistan's love it has other countries around the world.
